James recently became a Research Assistant for the Psychophysiology Lab after graduating with a B.A. in Psychology from Stony Brook University. As an undergraduate, he helped recording and analyzing Evoked Response Potentials in response to congruent and incongruent semantic auditory stimuli during multiple sleep stages. Replacing former research assistant Paul Leite, James' primary responsibilities are to oversee EEG and ERP recordings required for our ongoing studies. James is also in charge of coordinating and recording clinical EEG within Psychiatric Institute (NYSPI inpatients and outpatients). His plans are to attend graduate school following his term with the Psychophysiology Lab.
